..anger management..

..i never thought id say this but i guess i have to learn anger management..

..what do you do when you're furious?..

..do you shout it out?..

..and by shouting it out would the best way be shouting at the person you're mad at?..

..do you just keep it to yourself, and let the tension and all heat subside before you talk?..

..do you go inside your room, stamp your feet wildly and shout on your pillow?..

..its crazy!..how do you reconcile letting all the emotions go so that in the end you dont get a heart attack and cooling down for the mean time, filtering your thoughts while inside you is a variety if not one huge dragon ready to come out!..

..ahhhh!..thank God for cigarettes..
